Пишу сёдни физическое письмо, т.к. не могу попасть в свой ранее созданный аккаунт у одного финансового вендора, т.к. внезапно вотпрямщяс необходимо привязать телефон и всегда использовать 2ФА.

I recently learned that I can’t access the xxxx online portal to manage my account because xxxx decided to make two factor authentication with a phone used as a second factor mandatory. I don’t find this measure necessary for a number of reasons, one of which is I have neither a mobile phone, nor landline. I’m also upset by xxxx making such a decision unilaterally without taking into account customer’s opinion on convenience, password hygiene and overall risk profile which is different for each customer.
I request an exemption from this policy for my account or an alternative method of 2FA (e.g. the use of a preshared table of one time codes).
If this cannot be fulfilled please provide me with a guidance I can follow to transfer my money somewhere else and delete my account.
